Before we moved from Arizona, Tad and I made sure to go to the Mesa Temple once more as our nearest temple in WY is Denver, which is about 1hr 45 min. away. As we were leaving the temple that day, I noticed (again) the beauty of the temple and the gorgeous flowers and knew we had to bring the kids to see the temple once more. We headed there before church one Sunday and enjoyed smelling the flowers, seeing the temple grounds, and enjoyed a quiet picnic lunch.
I love to see the temple!
We pretty much had the place to ourselves....it was a wonderful visit.

Awesome! Beautiful flowers, nothing is blooming here yet... I love to see the temple, too!!
I went last week, and the gardens are so beautiful... I wish I had gardens like that, but didn't have to tend them. Brandon says, "The temple!" every time we drive by the new Gilbert temple, and then one time he said, "We can't go in there because Jesus is in there." I have a special place in my heart for the Mesa temple because several generations of my family have been sealed there.
