Let it snow, let it snow, let it snow....

Oh, the weather outside is frightful! Today we are having the glorious freezing rain that is home to "back east". It rains and freezes at the same time and makes for hazardous conditions. A couple of days ago we had a big snowstorm and Dallin was very thankful. He has been saying that it can't be Christmas because there's no snow outside, so those of you who hate the snow can thank Dallin because his wish came true. We asked Dallin if he would be sad if we moved somewhere that it didn't snow and he said he'd be VERY sad.

Dallin playing outside in the snow while it is still snowing and LOVING it!

The next day after the snowstorm, Dallin and I went outside to play. He is ready to throw his two huge "snowballs" AKA chunks of ice at me.

The snow was not good packing snow, so we couldn't make a snowman. We made a snow fort instead.

Ethan & Gavin watching out the window to see the snow falling.

There is a small theatre in Budd Lake which was playing "Frosty the Snowman", so we got a sitter for the babies and took Dallin. He really enjoyed it, but Tad & I thought it was a bit on the cheesy side.
