I just wanted to take a moment to remember how I feel right now about this pregnancy and this soon-to-be little addition to our family. This pregnancy caught us by surprise by how quickly it happened and I now KNOW that he is supposed to be in our family. I am so excited to meet our little guy and welcome him to the constant fun, crazy and chaos of our house. One of the sweetest things of this pregnancy has been how excited Dallin is. He has his own little calendar in his room and marks off how many days until my scheduled c-section. He told me tonight as I put him to bed that he wants to feed him in the day so I can take a nap. He said he'd even clean up the dishes and clean up after Ethan & Gavin too while I sleep. Does it get any sweeter than that?? Ethan & Gavin will rub my belly and ask if the baby is in there. Gavin told me tonight that the baby is in my belly with all the food. Funny. Ethan will say he wants to give the baby kisses, and that we don't hit babies. Here's for hoping on that one!
This little guy is EXTREMELY active in the evening, and loves to kick and punch. I have actually enjoyed watching my belly contort into crazy shapes and sizes as he is moving around. My heartburn with this pregnancy has been the worst yet, therefore I have had to sleep in our lazy-boy recliner on many, many occasions because if I didn't sleep on an incline everything came back up and burned. I do have to say that as far as pain, it is much easier than carrying twins though.
We are so excited to meet and hold this sweet little spirit and look forward to seeing him and his personality and what he adds to our family.
There are 6 of us (one not pictured) in my ward that are all due within 2 mos. of each other. It has been really fun to share this experience with these wonderful ladies.

Hey Mel! It's been a few days since I've stopped by and I wanted to say Hi and comment on some of your posts. First off I'm so excited to see your new baby boy, I hope that everything goes smoothly and Dallin holds up to his end of the deal, ha! Second, those cupcake were awesome! I can't wait to do that with one of my cakes! Third, your sprinkle tea party was adorable. We have a place like that back in CA, and we had frequent girls days there. Good for you, it looks like you've made some sweet friends. Lastly, I think I just missed your birthday?!? Was it the 17th? Well, HAPPY BELATED BIRTHDAY! Enjoy the rest of your pregnancy and take care of yourself. Chat again soon! Much love! Oh wait! Book club is going through some major changes...Jen is moving, Denise dropped out, Lisa H. Is our new Pres. and we will have 2 new members next month! Whew! That just leaves me, Lanae and Lisa H. as original members (and Lisa T. Running a close second).
What an awesome post!! I wish I had taken the time to write down my thoughts before having each of my kiddos - how fun it will be to look back! :) Keep us posted, can't wait to hear the big news!

I can't believe you're two days away from new little baby boy. I can't wait to meet this special little guy. Let's hope his arrival isn't nearly as exciting as the last time you did this! :)
