This year for St. Patrick's Day I decided I was really going to get into the Irish spirit and have some fun. So, for breakfast we had...
green pancakes and green milk.
The kids LOVED it!
Then, for dinner we had spinach tortellini (green, of course), green apples and mint-chocolate chip ice cream for dessert. While we were eating dinner a leprechaun came to our house and planted clues all over leading us on a treasure hunt for his gold. The boys had an absolute blast finding the clues and gold coins at the end.

Last night when I put Ethan & Gavin to bed, they both talked about how fun it was to drink green milk and find treasure.
It made it all worth it!
