This year for Memorial Day we went to the Mount Olive Memorial parade, which was great because they had a lot of flags (which Gavin still loves) and threw out a lot of candy. It was nice to remember all of the brave men and women who have fought and died for our country and our freedoms. I didn't get pictures at the parade as my camera battery was dead.
We then headed over to the annual Ledgewood Ward BBQ, which is always a fun time with good food, great friends and a water fight to top it off. Here are some pics from the BBQ.

I LOVE the pictures of the boys on the railing. Gosh, I never would have thought about a picture like that. You've got such a great eye for taking pictures!
