For the past 8 weeks, my friend Jen and I have been taking Wilton cake decorating courses 1 & 2 at our local Michael's store. I have really enjoyed them and learned a lot! It has been fabulous to get a break (thanks to my wonderful, supportive husband) and fun to learn a new skill in the process. I also must admit that the frosting is super delicious and totally bad for your diet! I still have yet to master the smooth frosting, as I'm sure you'll notice. I would recommend these classes to anyone looking for a fun time out! Here are the cakes I made.

I'm totally impressed!
Wow! I am super impressed, good job! I wonder if they offer those classes in Utah, I will have to check it out.
WOW, that is so cool... that is one class I would love to take some time!
Love all the cakes!!! You did a GREAT job!!
Basket weave frosting? Seriously, you're just showing off at this point. Beautiful job!
Yay! I had so much fun taking these classes with you. Did you eat your Easter cake yet?? It's almost too pretty to eat!
They're darling and I agree with $, the basket weave on the cake is just showing off! I am almost inspired to take the class myself.
WOW your roses are AWESOME! Brit and I took the first course a few years ago we need to take a few more. Super fun but not good on the diet to bring a cake home every week! they look awesome! Miss you guys!
