I have always loved Easter, and not just because of peanut butter eggs and Cadbury creme eggs, but those definitely do add to the fun of it all though. I am thankful for the knowledge of the resurrection of our Savior. I am thankful that we have had such beautiful weather so we could enjoy some festivities as well.
We had an egg hunt at the Cooper's home with lots of friends from our ward. It was so much fun to watch all of the kids search for eggs. And yes, the two children who are NOT looking at the camera.....Ethan & Gavin.
On Good Friday we had an egg hunt in our own backyard with just our kids as they loved the one at our friends house so much.Gavin opened every egg as soon as he found it and started eating the candy. He loves candy!!
Ethan was the opposite of Gavin because he collected all of his eggs and never opened them. He often passes on eating candy (definitely doesn't get that from me!).
We colored eggs and here Dallin is checking his egg to make sure he put enough sparkles on it.
The finished eggs.A few accidently got dropped in the process.
For Easter, we headed up to Albany, NY to spend Saturday and Easter Sunday with Tad's sister and our brother-in-law and their family. We had a great time hanging out with them.Dallin and his cousin Jeremy.
They are moving to Colorado and we are really going to miss them!!

Happy Easter! I am glad to see some New Jersey pictures without snow. I hope that the weather will stay good for you guys.
Glad you guys had a fun Easter. It sure was fun having you over for our egg hunt. Although, I think you should have posted the picture of Gavin spilling his eggs all over the front steps, Reid crying, and the rest of the kids trying to escape. Good times!
