Into everything....

One morning last week while I was getting breakfast ready I thought, "Hmm...they sure are being quiet." Well, they found their own fun in our bathroom just off the kitchen. I hurried and grabbed the camera knowing it's one I'd want to remember. As for now, the bathroom doors must be closed at all times. Gavin also likes to play with the water in the toilet.

I've also learned that I can't leave the fridge open while I am "quickly" grabbing something out of the pantry. If the boys see the fridge open, they beeline it for the fridge and cry when we close it as fast as we can.

They are both such great helpers when it comes to unloading the dishwasher. Not so much of a help when it comes to loading though. We now have to time our dishwasher loading around their naptimes or make sure they are really distracted.

Dallin's Legos are one of Gavin's personal favorites. Now that he can go up and down the stairs easily, he likes to frequently check to see if Dallin's door is open. If it is, then he always heads for the train table filled with Dallin's lego creations. Dallin doesn't like this so much.
Often when Gavin is getting into something that they know they shouldn't, Ethan will shake his head and say "na na". It really is cute and gives me a heads up.

Here is Ethan at mealtime. This is pretty much every mealtime. He spits some of his food out, plays with it in his hands, gets it all of his tray, then wipes it in his hair. He makes for a fun clean-up. He sure enjoys himself though.

They are definitely enjoying exploring their world. We love both of them very much, but fear for what they will discover next!

Wow! It looks like you've got your hands full. Good luck. Just make sure the Crisco isn't where they can reach it. My cousins kid got into that and smeared it all over the entire kitchen. It was not an easy clean up.

I am glad to see that someone else feels my pain but yours is times 2 - so really I shouldn't complain. You seem to handle it so well, I need to take lessons from you.
