Trip to 'Bama

My younger brother Blake and his wife Courtney had their first baby (Zachary) and they blessed him the day before Labor Day. So, we packed our bags and our kids and we flew down to Alabama and enjoyed a long weekend with all of my side of the family, as they all flew out too. We were excited to meet baby Zachary and finally get to experience 'Bama! Alabama is absolutley beautiful with some fabulous BBQ to boast. Our kids really enjoyed hanging out with their cousins, which unfortunately, isn't a frequent event. That's the hard part about living so far away. We were glad we were able to go! Blake & Courtney planned out a great weekend, so we had a lot of fun.

Day At The Lake

Blake & Court borrowed life jackets from their friends for Ethan & Gavin to borrow. It just so happens that their friends have a little girl. Poor Gavin got stuck with the pink life jacket. It goes well with his curls, right?

He is now the proud owner of a cap gun because he went on the tube, which he loved.
A little bribing never hurt, right? I hope so!
