We have become Legoland lovers! Dallin's Winter break from school went until Jan. 8th, so we decided after all of our guests were gone, to head to San Diego. We enjoyed two days at Legoland then spent a morning at La Jolla enjoying the ocean views.
Legoland... here we come!
Life-size Harry Potter & Hagrid figures made of legos. My boys LOVED this store as it was filled with Harry Potter, Star Wars and Lord of the Rings legos. Needless to say, we ended up taking a few home.
Logan loved this ride - flying airplanes. He wanted to go again and again.
They also have play areas where you can build with legos. They had as much fun building as they did riding the rides. They still had their Christmas tree up, so Gavin of course wanted me to take a picture. It is completely made of legos....so cool!
Before we drove home, we stopped at La Jolla and the sea lions were out catching some sun. We saw pelicans too.
There were about 30 of them. They were mostly just lying there, but we did see some swimming and some playing around.
Two best buds! They are always concerned about the other. It really is the sweetest thing!
We love the California coast.

LEGOS!!!! We love LegoLand too!! Glad you got to sneak away and have some fun - the California Coast is beautiful!
Big girl in a little plane... haha. You didn't get any of the rain, did you? We just got back yesterday. Just some fun trivia... that sea lion cove is where Russ proposed to his first wife... I love that place. Haha!
Guess you're the one who's going to have to give me some Legoland advice for our (hopefully) visit there in March, since you've now been there more than we have! :)
What a fun trip! I wish we would have gone to LegoLand when we were down there. I guess we will just have to go another time. My boys love legos.
Looks like you all had alot of FUN at LegoLand!! We will have to take Cole there one day soon! He would LOVE it!!! Looks like a fun place for all ages!!
