It's hard to believe four years have already gone by since my little guys were born. I've heard from many people that four is the "magical age", so here's for hoping! haha We have LOVED having these two little monkeys in our family. We celebrated their birthday two weeks early in New Jersey because we knew we'd be unpacking on their actual big day. Plus, they wanted a BIG party "with all their friends", so we had it at an indoor play place called "Clown Around". We had the place to our own little group and it was great because the kids could run around and not be too crowded.

My sweet little birthday boy!
The party gang.
A couple of friends couldn't make it because there was a huge snowstorm the night before and morning of their party, but luckily most were able to come.
Ethan LOVES cars, so he wanted a CARS birthday cake.
Gavin is addicted to Angry Birds, so that's what he wanted his cake to be.

We had pizza, then cake and ice cream.
Logan had his first "pie". I think it was love at first bite. He kept going after it.
There really is nothing like NJ pizza...guess Logan knew he'd better have some while he had the chance.

On their real birthday we were unpacking, but we went to Target and let them pick out their first bike and helmet. Gavin picked out a yellow transformer bike with matching helmet. Then we went to Ruby Tuesday had dinner and sang "Happy Birthday" to them. They thought it was great.

Ethan picked out a red CARS bike with matching helmet.
We love these two!
A couple of days after their birthday Gavin asked Tad to put his pajamas on for him and Tad said, "You can do that all by yourself, you're four now", and Gavin replied, "Oh yeah, I CAN do that because I'm four now." Maybe there really is some magic to four.

YES!!! I've been waiting for an update! We're so glad we could make it to the boys' birthday party! :) I took the girls back to Clown Around the other day and they asked me where the goodie bags were! They totally remembered from the party! We miss you guys! I bet you're already rockin' a tan! :) Jelous.
Cute - so glad for an update. They got to celebrate twice, that's the best way! :) Is your flip-flop collection growing yet?
The boys are growing so fast. Sorry we weren't able to make it to the party. Can't wait to here all about Arizona in your blog.
