This & That

I can't believe Spring is already over and Summer is here. We've been busy with a little bit of everything...here are some highlights.

Dallin played soccer again and is really enjoying the sport. He is becoming more aggressive after the ball and even scored a goal. His team won all their games but one.

When daddy is out mowing the lawn, so is Ethan. When he hears the lawnmower start up, he says, "I need to go lawnmower with daddy." Tad can't wait till he's big enough to use the real one too.

My boys have literally spent hours shooting rockets into the air. They've become pretty good at their aim and have even landed them on our roof...nice.

My biggest accomplishment this Spring is potty-training. Gavin is now potty-trained!! After he filled up his first sticker chart he decided he wanted to go to Giggles (an indoor playland) so we went and had a great time. On the side note, Ethan has well-earned the new nickname of "Iron Will" as he will only go in the potty when it is his idea, not mine. So...we're still working on that one.

Aren't potty-training rewards the best? Anything to bribe them, right?

Lastly, we celebrated Father's Day by making Tad a candy card, which he of course loved. Dallin had such a fun time helping me come up with funny sentences and writing it all out.
