Ethan & Gavin turned 6 mos. old on Aug. 6th. I'm not sure which was the bigger accomplishment: us surviving them or them surviving us. It has been a busy, hectic and fun six months. Our house is often filled with whining by Ethan because he always wants to be held, crying by Gavin because he wants to eat again, or laughing because Dallin is always entertaining them. They have brought such joy to our family. It seems as though Dallin has been waiting for siblings for a long time. He absolutely adores them and is always looking out for them. One of my favorite things that babies do is play with their feet; I think it is absolutely adorable, so I had to include the following photos. Both Ethan & Gavin can sit up for about 30 seconds. Gavin already has two teeth, and Ethan has none.
A few of our favorite "Gavinisms":
- When he wakes up in the morning & from nap, he is smiling, and gets very excited when you get him out of his crib.
- He loves to suck his thumb.
- He loves to watch Dallin and is constantly laughing at him, which of course makes Dallin all the more silly.
- He would rather drink his bottle than eat baby food. He hates rice cereal.
- He loves to go to the park and swing or go for stroller rides.
- He rolls and scoots to get to where he wants to go.
- He likes to "steam roller" over Ethan.
- When feeding him baby food, he sucks his thumb in between bites, then grabs his feet. It creates a big mess!

A few of our favorite "Ethanisms":
- He loves to be held and slobber on your shoulder.
- He is usually the first one awake and will let you know he's ready to get out of his crib.
- His favorite toy is one where you lay on the floor and it lights up and has toys to bat at.
- If Dallin is around, he is watching him and happy, but when Dallin leaves the room, he starts to cry.
- He has a very contagious laugh.
- He likes to take toys from Gavin.
- He loves to go to the park and swing or go for stroller walks also.
- He loves to eat! He has loved every kind of baby food so far! He would rather eat than drink his bottle.

your boys are so cute!!
You are amazing!! How do you do it with such ease. I feel like 3 is so crazy and I don't even have twins. I am very impressed. I cannot believe they are already 6 months. Time just flies!

Wow: six months old. Your boys are adorable and you are an amazing mother. I am so happy for you that you are blessed to raise your three handsome boys. I loved your 'isms' what a great way to always remember the cute things that you loved about them when they are so sweet and innocent. One day, you'll want to pull those 'isms' back out to remind yourself how precious they are.

I am so sad that your boys are already six months old and I haven't gotten to meet them yet! They are so cute in their pictures, I'm sure they're even better in real life.

6 months old! Holy cow, it goes so quickly! Next they'll be 6 and going to kindergarten, and that will make us 35. And you know what happens at 35...FREEDOM. HaHa. I can only dream. They are such cute little boys though. It's so fun to see their pictures and read about their personalities. I love it!
